Set up
Day one
- 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (light and curtain setting) 4 stage hands, 2 electricians, 1 light manager.
- 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm (light focus) 1 stage hand, 2 electrician, 1 light manager, 1 sound manager, 1 video manager.
- 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm (dancers rehearsal on the stage) with or without technical managers depending on the advancement of set up.
Day two
- 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (light focus and light Cues recording) 1 stage hand, 2 electricians, 1 light manager, 1 dresser .
- 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm sound check 1 sound engineer.
- 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm (final rehearsals) 1 video manager, 1 light manager.
- 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm (dress rehearsal) 1 stage hand, 1 light manager, son, et video 1 dress

The performance takes 1hour 10 minutes

Dressing rooms
Catering should be ordered one day before performance. Water at disposal.
